config.yaml hot reload · /api/status
A health check that watches HTTP, TCP, DNS, ICMP, and TLS from the terminal.
HTTP 200 on the homepage does not mean the TLS cert is valid, DNS still points at the right box, or port 5432 answers.
Ferris Pulse polls HTTP, TCP, DNS, ICMP, and TLS from one TUI. Each service has its own interval. You group them by workspace and filter from the CLI or the REST API at /api/status. Edit config.yaml while it runs. A bad edit is rejected. The last good config stays.
The TUI is ratatui. The API is JSON on the port in your config, default 8080. ICMP needs root on most machines.
